Gafta Contract Changes 01 October 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following careful consideration at Gafta’s International Contracts Committee, Gafta Council has approved the following changes to Contracts 18, 23, 38, 39, 47, 49, 64, 79A, 82, 89, 115, 118, 119, 120, 202, 81, 78UA, 131 and 124 Sampling Rules. The contracts have been amended to remove ambiguity around “Delivery” and “Shipment”. Gafta contracts 81 and 78UA have had amendments for typos and consistencies with other contracts. The changes will become effective for contracts entered into on or after 01 October 2024. The revised Contracts can be found on the Gafta website<\/a>.<\/p>\n
